Hail to all who are to juge me worthy.I am Delphenious Wavecrasher I am a sea elf;before you ask ,let me finish.Yes a sea elf on land.With so much war and bloodshed going on.We have found ourselves flooded with blood and gore.Our children grow weak and our elders are dieng before there time.I must...We must do somthing about this war before it polutes our home, our sea, our verry lives.I beg of you.Let me become the great Bard I am to become.So I can save my people from extenction.

Umm, don't know what you're doing but I'm gonna name a few problems with this...

- You need to write up a bio for your character. Ie: What was his past like? Does he have any goals. What in his life made him the class you choose for him? If you intend to have a dextarity of 16 perhaps you should write up a bit about how dextrus he is. But a longer bio is needed.
- SeaElf is not really a subrace. You can act like he's one (assuming he gets approved), however you will gain no special bonouses or ELC for being a "Sea Elf."
- Next, I believe you started a character before you registered on the forum or submitted a character, in that case I do not think it will be given back with full experiance as a level 3. You'll be asked to restart it IF you bio get's approved.
My advice. Read the Layonara Campaign Handbook (not all of it, just skim through). Write up a solid bio. Log in. Submit your character in the requested format. And go from there. ZV-
Edit: Here is an example of a good submission. He wrote the essencials of his character (Name, Race, Subrace, Age, Alignment, Class, and Deity) at the top, then the bio of his character leading up to when he starts in game, and he/she has worked well with the GMs taking criticism and adjusting their bio as he/she needs to.

I will do as you sugested thnx for the advice.I am still a little unsure of the way things are run here i will do my best to research a bit more before I submit again.

Everything ZeroVega stated is correct.
Layonara boards hold a lot of information on how to submit a character and get it approved. The problem is that you are logged in as a visitor, which means that all the secions of the boards are not accessable by you. Take your time and register to the forums first.
Filling this form (http://www.layonaraonline.com/register/newplayer.asp) is the first step.

Check your junk email filter and you will probably see the registration returned there. It happens with aol, msn, yahoo etc. For some reason they see the servers return mail to you as junk and puts it there. In that email will be your forum password.
