Title: Summon Creature 1

I am a ranger and have this spell available. When I select it and rest it shows in my cast selection but it is dimmed. So I cannot cast it.

I dont know if this is a bug or my stupidity.

Summon Creature spells must be cast at the ground. You can't click on your self and cast it.
Either quick slot it and then after selecting it click the ground where you want the creature, or right click the ground where you want it and select cast spell and choose it.

hes saying that when he rests it is dimmed in the quickslot (i think this is what he means) as vgn said, try putting it in another quickslot

  Could also try casting it from the radial menue.

Thanks guys, got it working. Told you I was just stupid.
The ground thing was the right way. I was trying to cast it by clicking on myself.
