Title: Temporary - Leilon Ship Captains

If someone has time could you drop a ship captain in leilon?  Maybe a ticket guy too.

The quest that was going on there last night ended kinda late I guess Rhiz was tired too ;)

Theres also some placeables remaining in the docks area.

I got rid of most (all?) of the placeables and put in a couple captains. I can't for the life of me find a ticket guy but the palate was recently rearranged and I'm probably just dumb.

Yah I don't see him in the palette either, but I surely wouldn't have removed him.  I'll make sure he's in Merchants in the next update.
