"Dream Lady"

Dream Lady, who are you
And what lands do we walk through?
I know you and you know me
A friendship that can never be

Dream Lady, haunts my sleep
Into my thoughts she creeps
A tender kiss is shared inside
Open my eyes and the magic dies

Dream Lady, are you real?
And do you share this pain I feel?
Did you come to be with me
Or are you made by my insanity

Dream Lady, leaving me
Returning to the nighttime sea
Morning sun opens my eyes
But in my mind she always lies.

I have other (non rhyming) style poetry I might post, but im not sure if it will be appropriate.

  It was a very nice poem. I myself have tried many times to write like this but have always failed dismally. Well done... perhaps someone will base a quest off of it. ;)
