  Quint Rosewyne (Don't like the Tom Cruise pick a whole lot, I'll have to think on it)
  Ozy - Sean Connery (The young, James Bond one)
  Celgar - Keanu Reevs (Good pick, both kinda have "duh" emotions ;))
  Derrick Loadson - Brad Pit (Think Fight Club, just kinda fits in with the psychotic fighter thing)
  Xiao Lin - Cross between Chow-Yun Fat and Pierce Brosnan (Hehe, philosophical when he wants to be, but man does he have a silver tongue)

BTW...nobody is perfect for Remy, but Josh Halloway would be cool (the con-man from lost)

Scherzo Prestissimo - Dustin Hoffman with long black hair.  Odd, but I think he'd play the part well.

Volrath D'Andareth - Sir Ian McKellen (Yes I'm aware that his availability is...well...limited)  Otherwise The eldest of the Baldwin's (Forget his name) would probably do fairly well.

And just for kicks, cuz I actually think he could be a crazy bard...

okay, kind of stuck thinking of one for Cole Norseman.  maybe Alec Baldwin, because it has to be someone with size and heighth, but not overly bulging, and needs to be able to pull off the 'crazy merc who's in love with his sword' bit.
