From what I have seen thus far you are having your hands full in your new position as Grievance Officer, and you are doing a hell of a job. Good job! :)

He is indeed doing a great job.  It is one of those positions that most people do not want as they hear mostly bad stuff but he asked for the job and has been doing great.
