Title: West, Port Hampshire Craft Hall, Instrument bench doesn't work

Orth, bench still isn't working.  May I suggest moving it out more and perhaps into the southeast(?) corner of the alcove  behind the public forge.

We are not running the updated module as there was a serious bug which I've found and am fixing now.  I moved the harp though as suggested.
