Title: Housing Doors

It seems you guys have had alot of problems with this, and this problem is minor, so if you can't fix it without breaking the other stuff, I wouldn't bother.

When setting a house door to "unlocked" and someone who doesn't own the house tries to open the door, it only gives them the option to knock, even though the doors should be unlocked.
