Title: SilLumGah Has Been Banned From Layonara

[SIZE=18]SilLumGah, the player behind Murat Sade, has been banned.  Earlier today screenshots and server logs were submitted documenting him griefing and cursing at another player.  In itself that would demand a reprimand and temporary ban.  However, this is not the first incident regarding SilLumGah.  An earlier griefing incident was reported without firm substantiation.  Another recent incident involved a PM in which he complained in infantile cursing about the quality of role playing on this server.  Again, these specific instances are just two in a long series of inappropriate actions by this player.  These actions resulted in a warning from Leanthar that his continued negative conduct would result in his being banned from the server.[/SIZE][/B]

These are a few of the posts posts by SilLumGah that I want to bring your attention to since he has come back and stated there was no reason for his banning.  There is only so much the team and I have the time for or the patience for and long ago he went over that amount, even though we asked him repeatedly to calm down.  We asked him numerous times to post politely and he would get further and probably get a lot more help from the community and the team.  Instead he wanted to go down the rant path first and then back off or not reply at all when he was shown that his rant was not justified.  It was no single thing that got him banned, it was this string of posts as well as a screenshot we have from a player where he is cussing.  I hate banning people but at the same time it is important for the team and I to keep a strong community and not let it be undermined by those that seem to want to do what he was doing.

  And finally just yesterday we have this where he slammed us for being banned because he could not get on to the server.  He was not banned at that time and in fact played for a few hours more before he was banned for the reasons pointed out above.
