Title: question regarding CDQs

Mei is a fighter seeking to go weaponmaster at level 10 for her katana.  It is pretty obvious that this is what she wanted to do all along from her original character development thread.  Do I need a CDQ for this or do I just add more story to her previous thread?

you don't always need a CDQ. You can apply for the PRC and then ask the DMs if they think you need a CDQ based on how good your character development is

It is isn't necessery, but it is loads of fun!
