Title: Shifter Prc

I was wondering whether this Prc is still allowed. Because of previous posts I know some players have of have had them. It is not among the other Prc's in the player's section.

If it is allowed I will know what my next PC will be. ;)

It's allowed. It's not in the PrC section of the website because it's a normal NWN/HotU PrC.

But keep in mind that PrC's are not approved upon submission, you need to keep a development thread and/or do a CDQ.
