Title: Ambient sound in the directory

What filetype are they, i want to make an Module, a little fun thing you know. But i have problem with the sounds. I have Converted to .WAV but when i searched for it in "All Reasources" i couldn't find it. Do i have to do something special about it or anything??

Please answer if you know anything about this.
