So. Telpsinda is in the death void. Nothing unusual in a general sort of sense there.... Except this time.... she appears to be stuck. She can walk around, sure. Let's face it, ain't a whole lot to see there. Can someone please free her from this torment?

use the remembering orb.  It jumpstarts the process if it gets snagged.

If you dont have one you NEED to get one.  Acctually, I dont think you can not have it since its a starting item now.
