So what are some of your dumb habits?

Er.. surprisingly enough, none of the options. I do have a dumb habit of failed-resting all the time (read: quicksaving).

Fishing arrows :) Always disappointed when it doesn't jerk back their wallets...

I've done 2, 4, 5, and 6, I've also attacked with gem crafter's chisels but luckily it was only against kobalds

All of the above. Lots more.
Fishing arrows on purpose though... they do the same thing as regular arrows, and I like to think that the giants and what not are falling all over the place because of the strings while Derrick's beating the heck out of em.

Some of those. Using fishing arrows isn't dumb though, unless they're not cheaper than normal arrows anymore.

Hmm then some more... Poking nasty statues of evil gods with divine fishing poles... Asking dragons how long it's been since they've eaten out...

Eh, and more.

It's all about putting the sawdust in the water tub... Yay, oatmeal!

Went to chop wood in the High Forest.

Got there, realized I had no axe

Ran back to Krandor to get my axes from the house, stopped to talk, ran back to the high forest.

STILL had no axe.

Ran to Leilon, bought new Axes ...

This made me laugh a lot...we've all been there. :P

I think the worst thing was when i went down Haven and realized i had no pick axes OR gem chisels, that was horribly frustrating

Last week I went from the Xin Smithy to the red light caves, found a particularly good copper ore, dug about 20 nuggets or so, then came to load it onto the ox and realised i'd left my ox pack laying on the floor of the smithy. It was a slow trip back.

I often forget to swap the pick axe for a weapon when mining, but once I had the gem pick, forgot to swap it with my sword, Kavil put flame weapon on it, so I really didn't notice.  We proceeded and later I noticed that I was knocking down giants and killing them with a flaming gem pick.  Ha Ha!

I cannot remember how many times I have attacked/killed creatures with my skinning knife.

Another dumb habit, which is broken now, accidentally leaving a weapon in you off-hand when mining. A problem with the dual wielding is that if you equip a heavy pickaxe, the weapon in you off-hand remains. When you start mining, the weapon gets used on the metal vein. If you don’t catch it in time, you will eventually break your weapon.

Bjorn *loves* his fishing pole.  Not only is it a great source of munchies, but one can also tie a gem to the string and go fishing for beggars like Monty Burns.  Current regulations make him have to throw street urchins back as they're not big enough yet though.  One time he felt a tug from a leper and tried reeling him in, but all he got was an arm...

I'm still toying with the idea of having it electrically enchanted so he can just plunge it into the water and eat all the sizzling schools that float to the surface. ;)

*eyes widen as a dead sea elf floats to the top.  Whistles a non-chalant tune and waddles away from the docks*

I always forget to change into something comfortable before hugging someone in game.  The other day for example I huggged Annun because I was excited to see her and nearly took her face off with the spikes on my Armor.  I do silly stuff like that all the time.

Moral of this story, no spiky armor!

Oh, does attacking a level 16 drunk weaponmaster at 5:00AM in the morning and getting chopped into a bloody pulp count?

Only did it once .... but icky ...

A lot of the time with Matilda I would never change back into her armor after resting. If anyone saw her before she was deleted, the armor looked nearly exactly like her clothing did. Espically in dark or raining areas.

Needless to say that has caused a lot of her deaths.
