Title: Odd question about item properties

For a drink, you can assign alcohol or whiskey as a one-shot unique power. (haven't cracked open the toolset in a while, and I'm at work.)

If a drink is made a quest item, can it be used and not disappear?

indeed it can.  We had a bug with this a while ago when a potion was given as a scripted quest reward.  You could keep using it and it wouldnt dissappear.
