You can in game, I manged to get to the correct level then find out that I have a 5% chance of succeeding...And have to practice even more - oh great!

Uhm... it's not against policy if I ask what general tradeskill it falls under is it?  'Cause I really don't have the slightest clue...

You can ask all you want, but you might get a better response in-game and in-character.

It actually isn't obvious ... so I will tell you it is tailoring. It is nothing you couldn't find by checking the tables yourself.

Due to abuse and unrealalistic uses,IE in combat.
The healing Kit has been changed to the rolls of Bandages you see now.
If you are in combat and try to use it the kit is wasted and destroyed.
