I wish to restart my character Zeos.
I am currently waiting for him to be deleted.
BUT...
would it be quicker and easier just for me to make a whole new character?

At the moment, I think all people who can remove him from the vault are out of town for a few days. So here's an alternative: If you do not want to change anything to the character's background and classes, you can post in your original bio that you're remaking him with a slightly different name (you can for example add a space before the Z).
Then in the deletion request thread state clearly which one you need deleted.
