I've played many online games. When I say many i mean MANY!
I have played all most every online game out there.
I have been part of many communities, but I have to say,
Layonara has the BEST community i've ever had the honor of being part of.
Keep it up guys.
(It's nice to be able to be in an online community without being called a Noob as soon as you enter.)

now state the meaning of Noob :)
I have found alot of people who use the phrase Noob do not know its actual meaning.
The term noob is used when someone asks for stuff and help all the time. Anyone can be a noob. Even a High level character ^_^
When calling someone who's new at a game. They should be called a newbie.
............i know too much crap.
I'm gonna shut up now....................

I prefer "Welcome to Layonara" to "noob" myself in these cases

Seeing as noob isn't a dictionary term and coming from the military (Navy) where every new person to the ship is caled noob ... it simply means new person to the site ... not the game mind you, but the site. That's what i'd call a noob ;) *i'm a noob*

Bleh, I don't say "Noob need help?" I just say "Oh, you look new around here, need help at all stranger?"
:) I'm just too nice...

Amen to that. That just drives me crazy. I played Runescape before Layonara, no caparison by the way, and that is what everybody says.
*starts polishing a high powered rifle round for the next person that calls me NOOB*
