I, Gelden Sezenen, am trying to become a more experienced armorsmith, so I am making a lots of shields. These shields are usually sold at the Pawn Shop, but since Blood's menace is growing greater, I can give free armor to anyone who might want it. I can make bronze shields (+ or - 50%) and with some luck copper or Bronze armor (30% chance) or Iron shields (also 30% chance). Note that if you want Iron shields, you will need to provide me the Iron. Also note that I am NOT responsible for any material that might be lost during the crafting.
If you can provide me the spell "Cat's Grace" (either by a Potion or by casting the spell on me) the chances of succesfully crafting the item are greater.

If you wish to donate your wares to aid in the defense against Bloodstone and his minions, consider donating them to the common defense of Hlint, Fort Llast and surrounding communities.

The best thing to do with them is onate them to the Mistone army.
Just contact a DM.

//but is it really free since he is asking the people to bring him the materials and he doesn't gaurantee success? Free is if he takes the time to gather everything and just give it. Does this mean the army of Mistone will provide him with all the essential materials to make the Army these items?

I am Vellyn Cormiere, Priest of Aeridin, and I would be happy to work with you by offering a trade. I make potions of healing and do other minor enchantments. I would be glad to offer some of these types of things to you in exchange for an iron shield or bronze or iron full plate. Please leave me a note or look for me in Hlint where I spend most of my time.

Though i'm not sure about requiring the raw CNR items...
But i think donating them to the defense of mistone would be a good idea
