Title: new hak files

Where do we place the two new hak files that are required for download?  I'm not certain as to the directory that they each go into.

Haks go into the hak folder. :) And TLK files to the /tlk folder. Make one if you don't have it.

(Er, edit- If it says .hak, that's where it goes. Hehe.)
