Title: PSA: Level Reqs on Bags

These don't do anything.

They are a result of changing the price so a more reasonable price was displayed by the lens.

Again, it doesn't matter if you meet the level req for a bag.

All level reqs do is keep you from equiping an item that you do not meet the requirement for.  As you have no need to equip a bag, they don't mean anything.

So, the only thing you can't do with a bag with a level req you don't meet is wear it on your head.

They also flash red at you with a menacing glare each time you open them. Very discouraging.
