Were in the forum can i post a letter to the courthouse of Hlint?

The 'Gossip Corner' would be alright, you could also do it in the 'wild surge inn' section and just specify that it is posted in the courthouse.

I think the "Wild Surge Inn" would be a better place, since gossip is well....gossip :)
