in Failes earlier years i picked the Power attack feat instead of the point blank shot feat. I totally forgot to ask to change this untill i realized what i did. Any chance i could get this feat changed without going all the way back to lvl 3 (i think it was?)

No, sorry. We only allow it if a mistake is made and the person lets us know immedietly. We do allow it for RP reasons, but it has to be done through a CDQ/ECDQ and it is pretty rare as clearly people can say it is for 'RP' reasons when in the back of their mind it was just a mistake--so this is pretty rare.
