Title: Two Questions

1) Do ranger favored enemies increase after you've had that favored enemy for 5 levels or do all increase every 5 levels?  So, at level 20, do you have 5 +5 favored enemies, or a +5, a +4, a +3, a +2 and a +1?

2) How defined are wizard/sorc summons?  Are they only defined on the good/evil axis or the Law/Chaos axis as well?  Basically does a chaotic good wiz/sorc summon the same things as a Lawfull Good one?

1) They all stack, so effectively at level 20 you'll have +5 against all your favored enemies.
  2) Its only Good-Evil axis that changes.  So yes, chaotic good and lawful good are the same.
