Title: Has layo become more dangerous or something?

Ok, so i log in after a while of being away, and as i enter the road to llast area from llast itself i get attacked by a bunch of halflings, i was already pretty low on health so i got killed almost instantly, so my question is, should i expect more encounters like this or is this the only one?

sounds like the halflings followed someone towards the transition and you were just unlucky to be the first one to stumble upon them there

Most likely someone drew the halfling mercs,
who has a camp nearby, to the transition point
while fleeing for his life to the safety in Ft
Llast.

Ah, that makes sense cuz they were pretty close to the transition, ok thanks for the answers.

but besides that yes it has become a bit more deadly. Bloods forces have been seen on milstone so do take care..
