Title: Leilon Arms - locked to low-level characters?

My character (Sally Brambleleaf) tried to get into the Leilon Arms today, but the door was locked and no one answered when I knocked - do you have to be a certain level before you can enter? Sally is currently 4th level... Thanks

The Arms are a Player run Tavern and Inn. It is only open on Friday nights. See in the forums http://www.layonaraonline.com/forums/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=17502&posts=3
