Hi, its chunkyjr3575 this is now my new one I shall still be using my old one but im getting a new PC and I want a fresh start so i'll be making a new name on the server to can I do that??

O_o You can always make a new Bioware account so that's no problem. As for new chararcters, I think you have to have at least one char of lvl 10 before you can start playing another.
If your char that you are working on still isn't apporeved, there will not be any problem. As soon as you are approved you can make him in your new Bioware account. If you already have a char made under an account, you'll not be able to play it when playing with your new account.

eh, the question is, are you going to play your old chars or not? if not, then have them deleted and truly start over with a new, single character under your new account. if so, then just start using your new forum name, but don't bother changing bioware accounts.
