Title: thieves ear
Post by: Bryantiza on October 28, 2005, 03:11:00 PM
Sorry if this has come up else where but the thieves ear does not work properly. it only shows so much writing then cuts the rest off.
It doesn't do this just to me, another rogue i know had the same problem...i suppose until this is fixed i will have to write short sentences.

[orange] That is the way Thieves' Cant is supposed to work. You are giving small signals and signs to hide your intentions, you can't do long sentences like a normal language. [/orange]

Thieves' Cant has a maximum phrase length of 25 characters.
As Pan said, this is not a conversational language, but rather one for sending quick, discrete signals like "rube" or "easy mark" orĀ "watch your back" and so forth.
  This is working as designed.

Excessive wiggiling, twitching, barking, or any other odd motion will draw attention

Nosepicking doesn't count
