Title: White/Polar Tiger Hide not Craftable

I may have missed it but I am sure I looked in all three hide sizes. No entry for White/Polar Tiger Hide at least at the Public Crafthouse in Hlint. If I have missed this some where I am sorry for the bother. If the Hide is not to be craftable then maybe modify the script to not drop the hide... Not really a bug just maybe an oversight.. There is always the Trash Can :)

These aren't used in CNR yet.

I remember plans being mentioned for them, but as that was before the project team was in its current incarnation, I don't know what they were, or if they're still in progress or anything.
