I have been working on gem crafting :) mostly to make rings (copper and bronze). I would like to move on the higher ones. I have some enchanted gems now (fire agate, Malachite), and even an ingot of gold (by the way where do you find gold?). But I could not find and cards form the vendors that tell you what to do now. So can someone point me to a guide that explains these things :)

I can only say as much that you can not use echanted gems to craft jewelry, with the exeption of ability enchanted gems.
As to what to make next and where to find gold, I think these questions are better asked in game. For two reasons, firstly because I don't think such a guide exists and secondly, it would be more interesting if you could find a skilled jeweler and ask for tips, who know, maybe even become an apprentice.
