A rather overdressed human places a notice:
Wanted, the contents of two black crates lost on Mistone. Should you have information leave word for me here. Should you have the contents, keep them close, and let me know you want to see me.
Nus the bard.
*With a swish of his robes and a theatrical spin he is gone*

Pendar reads the ntoe with interest. I wonder what is in those crates he thinks to himself. "May as well start looking" he mutters to no-one in particular and walks out the door.
-
*added to the original note*
I hear these crates have been hidden underground, somewhere, until some rather dubious types think things have quietened down..
-
*a scribble is added*
No signs in the Minotaurs Lair or the caves near the direwood.
Will look in other areas.
*it is unsigned*
-
*scribbled again*
Nothing noteworthy in the Battlefenscave... Unless maybe at the lowest level. But I advise against looking there.
*unsigned*
-
*writes a note*
No luck so far but I will keep looking.

*another line is added, unsigned*
I hear the crypt at Hlint and the goblin caves nearby have also been found to be empty.
-
*Katrien adds*
I searched the horrors below Krandor and found no sign.
-
we searched the broken halls ....empty .
*not signed*
-
*another note is added*
it seems a difficult task lies here. Without knowing the content, I put up 1000 gold for the finder of either crate.
-
*a last note*
I fear time runs short, I hear another whisper, agents of evil move north to uplift the crates. Can no one find them I ask, where have all the heroes gone?
-
*the note is torn from the wall and another added*
Word filters that two crates were removed from their hiding places and are now in the hands of Blood. The original owners are abroad. I cannot predict where this will end, but I will surely write about it one day, as is my want.
-
I'm sorry to hear that Nuss..me and others have searched for them ,but i think they were too well hidden.
If there is anything we could do to intersept those crates before they reach their destination, please tel us .

I will make further enquiry into this. If I hear more I will be sure to ask for the help of brave adventurers again, for they are they are the meat and drink of my bard stories.

*A young man seems unsure of himself, as he slowly posts his reply*
...I may have seen one of these crates. It was black as you say. I...
*He looks over his shoulder. Noticing one of the patrons watching him, he leaves without a word*
