Ive read the descriptions of various cities in Layonara and I see a "GP limit". This varies from place to place. What in the world does this mean? I suspect it means I've never had enough gold to worry about it but not sure. Is it a withdraw limit for banks?
Thanks

I could be wrong, but I think it comes from Leanther's PnP games, in reality though ( I mean in online Layo ) it doesn't have any meaning.

I think, and I may be wrong, that it has to do with the amount of gold the pawn shops have to give for items.

while size of a city is used to determine the price you'll get from a pawnshop, its not as in depth as the gp limits stated in the handbook. Those GP limits are used for running a pnp campaign.

It does indeed come from L's PnP campaigns, and has no use at this time. We did decided to keep this in for every city in the handbook as we might want to do somerthing with it later.
