Title: Crafted Mahagony bolts not given upon success

I made a batch of 120 mahagony bolts with bronze tips and stirge wings, and recieved nothing upon success (they are trivial).  I'll try to include a screenshot.  Oh, the picture might be deceiving...first I made arrows, then bolts.
