Title: All Clerics and Followers of Beryl

No Cleric of Beryl may cast spells higher than level 5 until further notified.
  All followers of Beryl will feel that they have lost connection to their deity....at the very least (to the clerics) you feel Beryl is greatly weakened.

Things seems to be back to normal for the followers of Beryl.  

You may now begin casting all levels of spells.
