I am one of those who was banned due to my actions as a part of the "sex clan." In my defense I will say only this: that any part of those actions in which I participated were solely within the confines of one of the houses that were owned by clan members and never with those who did not express willingness clearly and that I was unaware of any other exploitation that was occuring within the "clan".
That being said, I am greatly sorry for the harm my actions have caused to the community. I apologize to all the players who were offended, distressed, and especially to those who felt pressured into any actions they did not wish to participate in or who felt that their roleplay was being dictated to them by someone within the "clan". I am also sorry for the time that was taken away from the GM team because of their need to investigate and stop what was happening, as well as for the time taken from the players that the players would have had with the GM team if not for the need of said investigation.
I seek nothing out of this but to give my heartfelt apologies. I have made appeals to "L" but whatever the result may be it does not change the fact that my actions have harmed this community both directly and indirectly. For that, again, I am sorry. Regardless of what happens now, I hope for all that your enjoyment of Layonara continue unsoured by such as this ever again.

Next to this the "clan" also abused a bug in the system to duplicate items. If you knowingly participated in this you'll still be banned. Then again I don't know as much as the GM's, so maybe you didn't.

I have sent this email to him, just so everybody knows.
The team and I have decided to let you back in to the world. It was a tough decision that is for certain. You made a lot of mistakes and you clearly did not keep the GM Team updated with your concerns or thoughts, which is something I have posted about on the forums time and again. We need help from the players in order to keep Layonara what it is, without that the job is much more difficult, if not impossible. In the future I expect you to keep the GM Team informed.
When you log back in to the world GM’s will be going through your inventory and removing things that we feel could have come from this ‘clan or trading company that exploited’. We will also be removing all but a few hundred gold from your bank account. You are on a 30 day probation period and if during that time we feel you are doing questionable things in the game or on the forums (IE. In the community as a whole) you will be banned permanently. During that 30 day probation we will be spot checking your character, your bank and any items you may have in any storage container.
You may now log back in to the forums and/or game. You will need to create your forum account again as it was deleted.
