Post by: YoDDa on December 24, 2005, 03:23:00 AM
when the effect from the rage is wearing of your hp could go under 0 and you can die from it if you have wery little hp. was wondering if it´s supposed to be like that

Yes. And the same happens with any other temporary hitpoints, like those given by the Endurance spell.

That's the way it works, same thing with other things that buff your endurance. I've seen quite a few mages die after a succesful battle, because the spell endurance wore off.

Oh the other hand I think it can be fixed, as the HP bonus from Tenser's Transformation remains for some time even after the spell ends.

Yeah, so be real careful.  Ravenne died quite a few times, and even got a DT, by not watching her hp's properly using rage.  Always use it at the start of a battle, when your hp's are at their fullest.

actually this is one specific instance where it's accurate to PnP acording to the players handbook this may cause the barbarian to drop below 0 HP and thus incapacitate him, it's the bonus hitpoints as such are designed to represent his ability to shirt off injury while in the heat of battle, though after battle those injuries could very well catch up with him
