Title: Furniture Tool - Rotation

Items rotated with the new option on the furniture tool are reverting back to as placed on a server reset. 
   Items placed corrected with the set facing are fine, even if rotated with the new option first.

I think that new rotation feature was intended to be temporary, not permanent, in order that the furniture tool's normal functions would work on items that were placed out-of-reach.

Yeah, that was it's intention, but I see no reason why not to commit it's orientation either if it's a housing item, so done in next update.
