I recently made an orc but he is at age of 40 and i think it is too much. Can a GM change it to 25?

To change the age you would have to resubmit or append and age change to your char submission thread.

At that point it could either be changed (LETOed) or, since no one acctually sees your age field IG, you could just RP him being younger, AFTER it had been approved.
