[yellow]Elenwë's - A small  underwater grotto in the Gulf of Bagira[/yellow]

Original character submission found here: http://www.layonaraonline.com/forums/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=21355&posts=4

In a small underwater grotto in the Gulf of Bagira, the aquamarine life does occasionally spot the fast and graceful figure that is Elenwë.
Always when the sun stands at its highest and when the light dances upon the walls inside the grotto gently touching the small entries of text that have been added there.
In the middle of the underwater grotto is a fairly large stone, flattened top and full of praises and prayers to Shindaleria on the sides, and with her symbol delicatly carved and coloured in turquoise on the top.
Sometimes there are offerings to Mother Ocean placed upon it.

Such a different life they live up here. Most look harmless but I will not lower my guard so easily, deception might lure behind every cornor. Only one person have I met other than the kind Amenithrulia, who spoke clearly.
Ifion human teller of lore and legend, hed had heard of Her, for he claimed to be an ally follower of Aragen.
Perhaps I have made some progress already, for he mentioned battling against the one foul taint upon our serene home.

Though I must say the attempt at communicating with that little one... Frin was his name, was rather entertaining.
I shall keep learning more about life up here, I need to find a huntermaster or a guide of sorts.
If all words were clear, it would greatly aid me I am certain. Perhaps I can find someone to explain to me, their words...

Praise be to Shindaleria!
I have finally met someone willing to teach me the other words... common. I agreed to help her, Ireth to teach her love and another one, Vestlyn, some elven. They were both Ilsarians... to some degree anyways.
Even though Ireth finds my dialect odd, I am sure it is a minor obstacle.
I have now learned some of the new, and odd sounds used in common.
Some words, directions and the like. Hopefully it wont be too long before I can hold a fairly simple conversation.

But my feet hurt, and I get warm up here... all the new sounds and smells.
I needed to return here, to Her comforting embrace. To feed and to rest...

Such joy, my sister has sought and found me here. It has been quite some time since I saw her and our reunion was a truely happy occasion.
So much to talk of, maybe we will celebrate the returning together again. Perhaps along with others as well.
She probably will start teasing me soon, I still have troubles with common, she on the otherhand is a quick learner.
I better go find that Acacea person again.... at least she knew elven... but her common sounds funny...
Then again I don't know much yet, but Yardislan Echron did say she would probably be happy to teach.

*instead of the usual date there is fairly advanced piece of miniature art portraiting a rather exotic fish, pounding its head into a jellyfish in a rather silly way.

Right... too much sun, I have lost track of time already... and so few understand what I am saying.
I have been making progress however, common isn't so bad once you see it written. It still sounds odd though, they use so many strange sounds when speaking.
I got some basic verbs and a lot of useful words and phrases now though, thankfully my sister hasn't teased me all that much. I am glad one of us is catching up quickly and learning how to communicate.
Funny I always was the one taking care of her somehow... now she is teaching me more than I can teach her. She always was curious though, I will just have to make sure her curiousity doesn't become ignorant and dangerous.

I have heard many seem to have the miss-conception the foul Mist is the ruler of the serene waves.
This is an outrage I am happy I made the decision to explore.
A lot of work surely will be needed to crush this lie before it grows too big to leave the minds of those spreading it.
I do not see why anyone would chose to believe chaos and storms are the good of this world... surely only people clearly insane or otherwise mentally challanged would think thus...
I will investigate however, Her wisdom shall guide me.

Now... to find that curious sister of mine...
