Title: Rodlin on a Sugar Rush

Rodlin Serim has a continuous "Movement Speed Increased." Attacks are not affected, only speed. It started happening about a half hour after I logged onto Central. Resting and relogging does not take it away. I have shutdown the program and rested multiple times. Any suggestions to what it could be?

When I logged into the West server, the problem went away. I will check the next time I log back onto Central.

When I first logged onto Central, everything was normal. After about 10-15 minutes of being on the server, I started being hasted again. I was not doing anything at the time except waiting and talking.

I imagine this is no longer a problem?  At what point did it resolve itself?

It is intermittent still, but it is waning. The occurences are short lived and usually occur when I log onto Central.
