When was this feature removed?

It is still there, just a different radio button. Also, in forum view (when you are looking at threads in the forum) look down at the bottom right of the forum page and make sure it is set to all (or 365) and change them back and forth once. That seems to fix a few problems.  Klaatu or Orth may know more about this.

Im not finding where to select to view all threads from a person yet.

where is this different "radio button" located?

after you click "Search"  at the bottom you begin on "Search all posts within the Last " that menu starts on "24 Hours"  There are 3 other radio buttons: [] Search Posts Since my last Login [] Search All Posts
