*a small note written on some left over parchment in a fairly neat text is tacked up in the Wild Surge Inn*
Three material items found in the Hlint public crafter's hall. One was a vial containing Essense of Power. Contact me and tell me what the other items were and I will gladly give them over. I am often hanging around Hlint or sometimes getting in trouble collecting ore.
