The AT near the Mithril Chambers is broken. You can go through the cave entrance but not back through.

For clarity, this is the transition between Underdark 51 and Underdark 50.
  And actually this is known and on a list I made over the weekend, though not posted. Thanks for the reminder. :)

Thanks Doranath.. I couldn't figure out how to better describe since all I see is Underdark.
