Title: Emergency Maintenance Downtime

We seem to be having a lot of problems on the west server over the past 24ish hours. We are not at all sure what is going on so we need to bring the game servers down and take a look at the sql logs as well as do hard resets.
  The servers will be going down in a few minutes for this maintenance. Very sorry for the short warning but west is having a lot of unexplained problems.

It's better this way though, and in case nobody else says it.  Thanks L, I'm sure I wasn't the only one getting a little frustrated.

No guarantee this is going to fix the problem. It may possibly be the first step to find some sort of solution.

I know it is not the module and such because we have been so rock stable for so long and there have been no updates since this began.

Aye... I'm assuming we'll get a heads-up when we can go back to wallowing in the grandeur the Team has created for us?

I will let everybody know when we are done.  Two people are working on this.  Well and the hosting company.

All servers are now coming back up. Sorry for the down time folks.  If this does not fix the crashes on west then it is likely we have a hardware problem.

They should be up in 5 minutes or so.

It was up and didn't crash for a long while. *knocks wood* :)
