Title: Letters to NPCs

What is the best way to send an in-character letter to an NPC?

Not long ago, Jennara sent letters to NPCs based on events in one of Milo's quests, so I sent the letters via PM to Milo.  Now, though, she has a letter to send that has nothing directly to do with any specific DM, so I'm not sure the best way to go about it.

Send it to a world quest gm or myself. We will then update a form called 'character profiling' with that later for the character that sent it.
