Title: Spells/LORE

In the last update requiring downloads the bigby's spells were all nerfed.
I am not sure how, since I can't seem to find any answers in hadnbook, or in the LORE spells-list.
Could a corrected spellist be put in please?
Several spells are definately not doing what description sais.

Divine Relation, the wonderful new level 0 cleric spell, is also missing.

@ Dorgie - If you could put this in LORE bugs that would be great.  Thats where I check for things that need fixing.  This category is more "It would be really cool if LORE did X" or at least thats how I think about it.

@ SquareKnot - Divine Relation description added and added to Cleric Orisons

the LORE bugs category is really the best place to put corrections like this, as I check it most frequently when I'm working on LORE stuff.
