Just wanted to suggest to add a Friendlist so those who opt
for hiding their devs can share them with a special few.

I think that function already exists to where you can mark profiles as friendly and they can see that info, well once OneSt8 has a chance to incorporate it.

That is correct.

Once implemented, friends will be able to see your char dev.
