Title: A question about Wemics
Post by: steverimmer on March 04, 2006, 09:14:55 AM
I just wondered if a Wemic druids 'skin' is still in use when he is shapeshifted? For instance the Wemic has a -2 AC penalty due to creature size in normal form, is this still in effect if he shifts into Black Cat form? If no one has tried this yet, how does it work with the other subraces who have 'skins'?

Yes subrace skins should be correctly merging upon wildshape.

So just to clarify then...the wemic would still have a minus two penalty to AC even in Black cat form, even though the AC penalty is due to creature size?

Since the skin sticks with you then yes.  Only so much we can do with the nwn system sir.

Nothing wrong with the "system", just looking at it from it's negative light.  You get +2 CON for being more heartier as a Wemic, should that be lost as a kitten?

Hmm thats a fair enough point, although personally I'd prefer the AC...just one last question; did the wemic get a claw attack at all? I know it was being discussed but I never heard what was decided.
