Title: Ear for elven language

I discovered today that when I tried to use my ear for elven language that having clicked it, been told I had created a new voice and typed /dm [text]...Absolutly nothing happened.
  Also when I typed *help* to try and find the other way of using ears that it did nothing as well.

Activate your ear and thenuse either the DM channel or a self-tell with the following syntax:
  DM Channel: /dm L Translate my words
  Self tell: /o L Translate my words

Speech Processing is currently not functioning on West.
