Writing parchement + quil

The entire system seems to be malfunctioning.
Confirmed it from three different people.
Alantha, Daren and Yardislan. None could make it work, so it is probably broken?

(Tried with various inks and parchement sizes. Couldn't get it to work.)

Thanks for the report there was a slight oversight, I'll have it patched sometime after Leanthar's quest.
